Zac's sports Bar Mitzva

The Bar Mitzva boy is a lover of all things sports. Naturally, we had sports themed cookies for the children to take home from the party. We also did a tree, on which we paid tribute to Zac's favorite teams - the Lakers & the (USC) Trojans. I will post more detailed photos when I get a chance.

Doobie's Upshern

These heavenly cupcakes were created for my nephew Doobie's upshern*. We made little yarmulkas, scissors and tzitzit. The party planner created a design for the cupcake wrappers, which we cut and wrapped the cupcakes in.

* An upshern is the celebration of a three year old boy's first haircut.

Dov's Bris

My sister-in-law Miriam is an incredible woman. She has 8(!) wonderful children and somehow is able to always be calm, cool, and collected. Her son Dov was born this past February. Here's what we did for his bris. I did not have my camera with me at the time, so these pictures will have to do.

A Pink & Brown Bas Mitzva

The caterer that booked this Bas Mitzva asked for brown and pink flower cookies. These cookies exceeded their wildest expectations!

The cookie tree...

We made this gorgeous cookie tree for my friend Karina. Karina saw the trees at my son's bris a few months earlier and loved it. Here is what we did for her.
